The hotel has a fabulous and attractive location near all key sights, including a nearby waterway and the airport. I loved the good-sized queen room for breakfast or supper that I booked online. - the service at this hotel was good.

The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful ,The location is spot on ,only 200 mtrs from metro station and the same from Nyhavn were you can get a canal trip or eat at one of the many bars.It is within walking distance of most attractions and easy to find .

I think the bathroom fittings need replacing as they are well worn , but still work ok , The hotel lay on a great breakfast buffet in the morning but when the hotel is busy it is not always easy to find a seat and sometimes the tables took a long time to clear to make space.Having said this we found going down later usually quieter. I would still stay there as these are minor things .

The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is exelllent and wihin short walking distance of some of the main attractions such as he old harbour and main shoppeing street. Free fast internet avialable.

The hotel rooms and somewhat old and should be refurbished. It is still acceptable as the beds and tv are new. There is however a difference between the rooms.

Rooms are tiny, shower is open to the very small bathroom, so everything gets wet, no hooks to hang wet towels or clothes in bathroom, no decent lighting in room or bathroom, no space on floor to put a large suitcase

This is a very charming hotel close to the Kongens Nytorv Metro station (right under a major department store), and a stone's throw from Nyhavn (where you can have the world's most overpriced beer). They have a terrific spread for breakfast, and great wireless Internet. I found the evening desk person to be particularly gracious and helpful. My room was quite small; manageable for one, but wonder how two would make out. It was also pricey, but then again everything in Copenhagen is pricey.

Situation is ideal - close to all centre and wonderful for walking

The location is excellent, within walking distance to Nyhavn, parks and the main shopping street, Stroget. The breakfast (included in the room rate) is excellent with lots of choices. The room was very clean and I also like the beds and the linens, they are quite comfortable.

The room I reserved was nicely furnished with plenty of room for one person, and the service overall was excellent.
